End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Inuyasi Software for the software products and services we provide, including our Cloud Apps that integrate with Atlassian Cloud Products.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any of Inuyasi Software's applications or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use our software.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any associated payment obligations, Inuyasi Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. Install and use our Cloud Apps in conjunction with Atlassian Cloud Products
2. Access and utilize the features and functionality of our services as intended
3. Store and process data as necessary for the use of our applications

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

1. Modify or Create Derivative Works

   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
   • Create derivative works based on our applications
   • Modify, adapt, or hack our services

2. Distribution and Access

   • Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the software
   • Provide access to the software to unauthorized third parties
   • Use the software in any way not expressly permitted by this Agreement

3. Intellectual Property

   • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
   • Use our intellectual property without express written permission

Ownership and Intellectual Property

1. Retention of Rights

   • Inuyasi Software retains all rights, title, and interest in the software
   • All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Inuyasi Software
   • This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks

2. Your Content

   • You retain all rights to your data and content
   • You grant us limited rights to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services

Updates and Maintenance

1. Software Updates

   • We may provide updates, patches, and bug fixes
   • Updates may be automatic or require your approval
   • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

2. Service Availability

   • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
   • Maintenance windows may occasionally affect service availability
   • We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance

Termination

1. Termination by User

   • You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of our software
   • You must remove all copies of our software from your systems

2. Termination by Inuyasi Software

   • We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any terms
   • We may suspend service for investigation of suspected violations
   • Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INUYASI SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INUYASI SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inuyasi Software operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
