This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Inuyasi Software for the software products and services we provide, including our Cloud Apps that integrate with Atlassian Cloud Products.
By installing, accessing, or using any of Inuyasi Software's applications or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use our software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INUYASI SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL INUYASI SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inuyasi Software operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
